4fc9029554 REMOVE_WRITER DDS Operation generates Samples 
The REMOVE_WRITER DDS Operation of DDS Reader now generates Samples if
the Instance State changes.
Updated testbench.
Added checks for DATA_AVAILABLE communication status.
